(Served in an American Pint glass)
called an Imperial Milk Stout on the menu
A- This beer has a jet black body with a creamy espresso head that last and last after the nitrous pour.
S- The smell of earthy black roasted malt has a nice slightly sweet cream note to it.
T- This beer has a roasted black malt flavor with some soft bourbon notes and a dark roasted chocolate nib flavor. There is a hint of wood and a light cream flavor with a mellow roasted note lingering at the finish.
M- This beer has a medium-full mouthfeel with a creamy texture.
D- This beer has a nice complex flavor and a good cream flavor that supports the roasted malts. This beer drinks very smooth for a 7% ABV.
