A. Poured a slightly hazy copper, with a short diminishing off white head . Slight lacing on the glass.

S. Floral and citrus,hay, grass,

T. Sweet and malty then fading to bitter and hoppy. Citrus, and spicy. Definatley can taste the hops.

M. Medium bodied good carbonation, nice duration.

D. A prety good brew, nice balance, and flavor.

This brew pours to a slightly less than normal IPA head but it is long lasting anf has a nice lace. The aroma is more hoopy than flowery and also sustains through the glass.

The is a sort of cloudy golden color and is quite carbonated for an IPA.

The mouth is typically full for the style and compliments the nose very ell.

The finish is what really makes this beer for me. Rather than some the craft brewed IPA overkill it is a little more subdued but has a nice driness that linders with the hops.

Serving notes - cool off the tap, last 4 oz sample in a 6-glass sampler at the Rock Bottom Restaurant, Minn-St. Paul Airport
Aroma - earthier hop aromas
Appearance - quarter inch of white persistent head, hazy amber.
Taste - Very smooth hop bitterness. Some more floral flavors came in the taste that I did not get in the aroma. Ample malt behind the hops.
Mouthfeel - low to medium carbonation, medium to full body. Some resiny stickiness.
Drinkability - very easy drinking IPA.

Rock Bottom's on-tap version of this subsidiary's bottled version. Hop aroma. High bitterness, and carbonation. Above average mouthfeel. Your core IPA, and Minny is a hop town, and those people will drink more of this than I would. Try it, and food conserves the palate.

The best of the three I tried at the Rock Bottom in the MSP Airport. This was clear and coppery, with a white foam. The hop aroma was very good, while the malts were only so-so. Like the others that I tried, there was a chalkiness to the mouthfeel that was annoying, only less so in this one.
