A pint was $3.50 if I remember correctly. I believe the ABV was about 6.1%. This one was tapped in early October and I tasted it on 10/23/08. I had this one at the Campbell, CA brew pub. It was served in a tall, narrow handled mug which they serve all their beers in except their stout.

Minimal lacing. Decent carbonation. No head retention. Transparent gold color.

Very mild aroma.

Has a barley grain taste that is common to a lot of brew pubs. Very mild taste.

Light to medium body, watery mouth.

Not recommended.

The color is a light amber, slightly cloudy with a modest white head and decent patchy lace. The aroma is light but pleasant pine hops with a hint of grassy wheat. The flavor is a prominent bitter citrus pine that dryly hits the tip of the tongue. It becomes more grapefruit dominant with oat and rice grain flavors blending nicely. Body is quite light, a bit anemic but generally bright and fairly carbonated. Very drinkable with plenty of hops, unusually bitter for an APA.
