on tap at the brewpub in Chicago. pours an amber color with apricot undertones with a single finger of white head. medium retention with no lacings. aroma is of citrusy hops with a sublt spicyness with little else in the nose. taste profile is a standard wit, with a light and somewhat subtle profile. mouthfeel is decent. a lightly tart texture with a semi dry finish. drinkability is good, for a wit. nothing out of the ordinary, with a comewhat nice profile.
