On-tap at the brewpub. I have to assume nitro-tap as it looked it, there was nothing listing how it was poured. Appeared a clear brown with a light tan head. The aroma is of chocolate syrup and a plain, barley background. The flavor has a night mix of creamy milk chocolate, chocolate grains, and dark, toasted bread crust. This is a fine example of the style and a great session beer.
