Glowing and hazy orange body. Light coating of bubbly ivory white head. Lace is sparse yet intricate. Nice floral hop bouquet. Also some pine needle aroma and soft caramel malt tones. Nice balance of malt and hops on the palate. The hops are the main player, but the malting is substantial enough to contribute body and some sweet caramel/toffee notes. Hops add layers of goodness: citrus and grass and pine and even a little mint. Body is medium to medium-full and the carbonation is fairly low, but there's still enough prickle to lift away debris and wash clean the palate in between bites of my favorite Caribbean jerk chicken dish. Well done.
