This arrived at my table in a pint glass as a very dark brown with the barest circle of head. Smell was slightly hoppy with some faint earthy tones. Taste was of some nutty malts, with a very faint hint of honey. Very smooth and not as heavy as I expected it to be. One of my favorites from this new Brew Pub on the block.
