A North American style Weizen brewed with 50% malted white wheat. Light body and delicate hopping marry with bready wheat notes wrapping it up with a lightly tart finish to make this one a great quaff. The perfect pairing with whitefish, mussels or salads.

On tap at the brewery, 2oz sample: Cloudy dark straw color. Flavors of bread, wheat, caramel, banana yeast, and herbal hops. Slick and oily medium body with moderate carbonation. Medium strength finish, slightly tart and leafy. Decent American interpretation with lots of hops. Overall good quality craft.
