Served on-tap at Rock Bottom brewery in Milwaukee into a weizen glass. Pours one finger white foam that sticks to the edges and leaves a trail of lace.
Smell is the classic banana/clove you'd expect from a hefe. Its there, and its very pleasing.
Taste is undeniably wheaty - there is citrus present, but there is a restrained tartness which prevents it from taking over. Very well balanced beer, pleasantly carbonated in the mouthfeel.
Very drinkable, a well made brew in a very nice location.
