This was the rotating "seasonal" wheat.
Served in a 20z mug, the beer is a hazy darkish yellow with a fluffy white head.
The beer has a sweet nose of honey, grains and light perfume type hop aroma.
This is good, the honey is prominent but not overpowering. It is sweet with a bit of grain and citrus, but the beer is about the honey. Lenies Honey Weiss should take note on how to properly integrate the taste of honey into a beer. The beer never becomes too sweet or cloying.
The mouth is smooth with a bit of slickness. Easy drinker that was very popular with the nonbeer geeks but offers a nice change of pace for anyone.
Well done!
