A - Poured a copper color with a white head that leaves lacing behind
S - Is of lots of citrus hops with a hint of caramel malt
T - Follows the nose citrus hops upfront then the carmal malt comes out a bit
M - This beer has a medium body with medium carbonation to it
D - This is a very good IPA that's easy to drink with a nice hoppy flaver worth getting if it's on tap

I had this beer tonight at the Orland Park Rock Bottom served in a tall mug club mug.
A= This ale poured a hazy gold color with a 1.5" fluffy white head. The head dropped slowly and showed some incredible retention. Lots of sticky lace left behind on my glass.
S= Incredible aromas of crystal hops. Seriously, it smelled like I was holding a handful of crystal hop pellets. Some tropical fruity, tangerine, apricot, and peaches in there too. The malt was sweet and light smelling.
T= Much like the smell, the flavors were fruity, malty, and ultimately bursting with crystal hops. I was especially taken by the freshness of the hop flavors, which lent more green hop spice and fruit than straight up bitterness. Finished moderately dry and pleasantly bitter.
MF= Medium body with a moderately crisp carbonation level.
D= A great tasting and very interesting IPA. I have never had an IPA made with crystal hops before and never would have predicted it would be this good but it was really good. I could session this beer all night.
