This is the Falcon Pale Ale aged in Wild Turkey barrels. Pours a medium amber color, with only a bit of light tan head. Great nose here, with light brown sugar, toasted oak, vanilla and bourbon. The hops show up on the palate, and the citrus works well with the bourbon. A little bit of caramel malt helps to keep this one nicely balanced. This one works well in the barrel.
