Note: malt liquor brewed with 20lbs of popcorn
Appearance -- Pours a vivid yellow with an ample white head.
Smell -- Malty sweetness and a hint of popcorn.
Taste -- Significant malt sweetness. Hops were mild and floral. The addition of popcorn added little to the flavor, but could be faintly noticed.
Mouthfeel -- Light in body with minimal carbonation.
Drinkability -- The popcorn flavor was faint, as could be expected, but made for a very smooth and sweet brew. For the style, not bad at all!
