On-tap at Rock Bottom Long Beach
A: The pour is an incredibly pale straw color with a thin and short lived white head.
S: A very, very light nose. Not much to smell at all, actually, but there is some corn and cooked grains. There is maybe just a little bit of grassy hop aroma, but I could be searching.
T: Fairly standard light lager flavor here. Corn and cooked grain with just the slightest touch of bitterness and grass. Fairly sweet overall.
M: Very light on the tongue with a moderate to high carbonation.
O: Obviously one for the typical light lager crowd who don't care to try anything else. Not horrendous, but I wouldn't want to drink it again.

This is RBB Long Beach's offering for the BMC crowd. Almost no aroma, but it does have a nice clean crisp taste. For a lager this is quite satisfying, and went well with the hot sun on the patio the day I visited. Nothing spectacular, but for the style I was happy.

Described as an American Lager. It is a crisp, very pale, clean beer that does not offend, almost to the point of blandness. A good session beer that lacks any real taste for my liking. I suspect this is the function of this beer though. Obviously brewed to wean away the Bu-Co-Mill-Lite drinkers. This is not a bad beer, it is just not to my taste.
Sampled at the Long Beach, CA location.
