Sampled at GABF on 9/18/2010. This Berliner Weiss pours a light gold color from the tap. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is citrusy and fruity, slightly tart. A light to medium bodied Berliner Weiss. The malts are fruity, citrusy and tart. The hops are herbal. A mildly tart Berliner Weiss, not mouth puckering, but you can get the idea. Decent carbonation. Light and refreshing. Wish it had just a little more tartness. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly tart.

Poured into a snifter.
Pours a very little fizzy head. Color is a pale straw yellow.
Aroma: Wheat, light tartness, apples, pears, and lemons.
Taste: More tart than the aroma. Lemons and apples show again. Also yeast and wheat flavors.
Mouthfeel: Tart and crisp. A light body with low carbonation. Ends dry with a bit of tartness.
Overall, a fairly decent bweiss. Easy drinking and a good summer beer. Glad to have tried this one.
