For lack of any other alternative, I've listed this as a German pilsner. The beer menu at RB describes it as a pilsner that is hopped like an IPA.
The beer pours a light gold color with good head retntion and fair lacing. The smell is quite attractive, and you can tell right off that this is going to be a well hopped pils. I get a considerable amount of lemon, citrus, light honey and bread dough, and a dash of white pepper. The flavor profile generally replicates the nose, though I love how light, crisp and refreshingly bitter this pils is. Drinkabliity is really very good, and I'm impressed by the amount of flavor this beer delivers, considering the abv.
This is another drinkable lager that would make a great alternative to the what most Americans think of as a lawnmower beer. The alcohol level is pretty comparable to your typical BMC macro swill, but this beer delivers so much more flavor. Very nicely done.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
