On tap 10/6/2010 at Rock Bottom Lombard. This is the 2010 Replicale and this year it is an American Pale Ale. This particular version was made with Summit hops.
Yellow, slight haze, white head, good lace and retention.
Aroma is mostly fruity and slightly minty. Smells crips and clean and like a good American Pale Ale.
Flavor is citrusy and pear-like with a touch of spearmint and pine. Sticky. A little sweet.
Body is light/medium. This beer contains a lot of drinkability.
Tick.
