A - Comes to me in a light amber color. There is a very slight, off white head on it, which is not consistent for the style yet leaves a good deal of lacing that sticks around for a decent while.
S - Not very pungent, but there is some yeast with some light fruity notes, of peach and pear.
T - Yeast up front then lingers on to some fruits of peach, pear, apple, and maybe a touch of cinnamon. Good balance and everything fits well into place.
M - A little too much carbonation even for this style, but it doesn't kill the brew.
D - A high ABV and good drinkability could make this a great session beer. I think I'll go back to this when I revisit.
