On tap at Rock Bottom Long Beach
A- gorgeous dark ruby with a finger head that faded fast, but laced the whole glass
S- super in your face pine hops with a slight boozy kick and some faint caramel sweetness. I could strap this to my face and breathe it in all day!!!
T- like the nose, super pine hop burst for most of the ride. A slight caramel sweet backbone
M- like the rest of the senses, it's spot on! A great tingle from the hops and carbonation, with a nice thick smoothness
D- @ 8.2abv, it's scary drinkable. I don't really notice much alcohol burn, but the fact that it's limited available makes me sip and enjoy every mouthful
I can't wait for next Dec when she brews this bad boy again! Hayley just brews the most amazing beers.

On-tap at Beachwood BBQ, from Rock Bottom Long Beach,
A: Pours red with a medium white head, solid lace for a hoppy beer.
S: Pine, grapefruit, a classic nose for a West Coast red.
T: Crystal style malt is heavy, but back nicely by the strong hop presence. A good balance for sure. Pine, bitter melon. Described as a winter ale, but very much in the Celebration realm of things.
M: Medium-bodied, very resiny, easy carbonation.
D: Solid tasty brewpub red for me, bordering on IPA. The hop flavours are good, not overly sweet, a good effort.
