Cask-conditioned at the Indianapolis location. Pours a nice, dark amber color with an off-white head that retains well. Smell is of citric hops. Taste is well-balanced, with a nice combination of malt and hoppy bitterness. Mouthfeel was a little thin for the style. The well-rounded qualities of this red ale make it an easy drinker.
