Cask conditioned on 1/27/2011, on tap 1/28. Poured into a mug (WTF? That's what I get for coming in on my lunch break.)
A: The exact color of black coffee with a tan head.
S: Sweet dark fruit, and vanilla bourbon aromas.
T: Dark chocolate, toasted grains, and a nice bitter balance. Some rye grains on the finish.
M: Quite bubbly for a cask. Very smooth but not flat.
D: High ABV - definitely a sipper.
