Draught into pint glass at the Denver Rock Bottom in December 2010.
A: Brown (shocker!). One finger, thin head. Appealing despite its lackluster head.
Sm: Light smell of barley and nuts. No chocolate, contrary to their advertising.
T: Not bold. Standard open to decently built body with a brief finish. Nutty, maybe some caramel, but again no chocolate.
Mf: Nice. Too wet. Adequately coarse.
Dr: I'd like to have another but at this price level you've got to think twice.
