This was a Finnish-style sahti brewed with Canadian malts and barley with a ton of spices and fruits.
Had on draft at Yorktown Location into mug.
A: Poured deep straw with peach hues throughout the middle. Half finger white head with little retention and no real lace down the glass.
S: Yeasty on the nose with some bready malts mixed in. Followed by a ton of spice and citrus fruits. I'm getting hints of orange.
T: Sweet honey with big yeast. Spiced backbone throughout, A bland blend of some coriander with berries and a bubblegum finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Sort of a
bland flavor left.
O: It was sort of a mess, but in an ok way. There was too much going on, but it was decent with some spice.
