A- Clear golden. Head is one finger white and disappears very quickly and leaves zero lacing. A bit disappointing.
S- Earthy, and a bit fruity. Getting a fair bit of apple off of it.
T- Again there is a fairly big apple note. It's almost a touch cidery. There is a fairly large hop presence. There is an assertive bitterness near the finish that balances it out.
M- Medium light body, carbonation is a bit too light. Dry finish to it.
O- A solid pilsner. A couple tweaks to fix the head and the slightly too low carbonation would make this a much better beer.
