A- Pours a dark golden, perhaps a light orange. Head is on the weak side but it does leave a couple wisps of lacing.
S- The aroma is mild. There is a yeasty fruityness to it seen in a lot of Belgians, but it's relatively uncomplex beyond that.
T- I didn't pick it up on the nose at all, but there is an assertive hoppiness on the tongue. There is a bitter quality to it. The fruity note finishes it with a peach note to it. I like the flavors, but would have liked to see them meld more. It almost felt like two beers in one sip.
M- Too light and unsubstantial for a Belgian ale.
O- A fair attempt at a Belgian style ale. The hops are there and it almost borders on a Belgian IPA. Worth try, but there's some issues with it that need to be fixed.
