This is apparently a modification of this location's recent Belgian Ale, and also has an addition of pineapple.
A- Red-copper, thick white rocky head lasts very well and leaves some lacing. There is a bit of haze as well.
S- Pretty mild nose. Pineapple is noticable and a bit of yeasty character.
T- At first it's mild and tasteful pineapple with a bit of Belgian yeast character. The finish is lightly peppery.
M- Light body, medium-light carb.
O- An interesting experiment and it's actually quite easy drinking, but as much as I liked their Belgian, this isn't really an improvement.
