A- Red-Copper with a thin offwhite head. Retention is poor with no real lacing.
S- Aroma is mild. Sweet, light toffee, and a bit of citrus pith.
T- Up front it's sweet with a biscuit dough flavor. Soon there is an assertive bitterness with a bit of citrus pith. There is also a bit of cinnamon flavor in the finish.
M- Medium bodied. Carbonation is medium with an assertive bitter pricklyness.
O- Eh, this is more on the miss side than hit for me. Their regular IPA is a bit better than this one.
