Draft poured into a snifter

A: Pours a ubiquitous black with foam that is plentiful and dense, almost marshmallowy like a nitro stout.

S: This one smells strong, really strong. Like a straight glass of bourbon strong. The alcohol overpowers anything else but some subtle maltiness pushes through.

T/M: Carbonation is low and the feel is a little thin. Bourbon perforates and lingers through and through. There might be a little roasted malt in there, but it’s pretty much all bourbon.

You’ll have to appreciate the intricacies of bourbon to enjoy this one. Or to stomach it.
