On tap at Rock Bottom La Jolla.
A: Transparent gold with a finger of white foam.
S: Floral aromatics blend with cantaloupe and orange flesh. There's a light bready malt foundation.
T: Orange and tangerine flesh with a bready malt backbone. Smooth lower moderate bitterness throughout. There's an increase in bitterness in the late palate with evident pine.
M: Medium body with moderate carbonation. The mouthfeel is dry and sticky.
Overall: A solid balanced IPA, but something I'd ever order again.
