Apparently this was aged 4 years at the Rock Bottom of Minneapolis. I think the keg or barrel was lost.
Pours a clear golden orange. Little white head.
Flavors are very light in aspect to beer. Lots of wine flavors, however. White wine. Green grapes. Green apples. The rye flavors aren't that apparent. There is some oak. A bit of lemon and spice flavors show.
Mouthfeel: A bit flat and undercarbonated. It's smooth, but just feel flat. Ends clean.
Overall, a very unique beer. I wish the rye showed more. it was a bit flat which I don't like for for a lighter bodied beer.

Pours a cloudy golden color with a couple fingers of white head. A strong wine aroma with a fair amount of wood to it. A decent rye note with some hints of light fruits. Maybe a little booze? The flavor is similar to the aroma: decent but nothing overwhelming. Rye and bready malt flavors with some white wine, oak, and hints of fruit. Mildly yeasty as well as a touch of spice on the palate.
