Belgian IPA with Ahtanum, Amarillo, Bravo, Centennial, and Citra hops.
A: Nice golden-orange body with a small white head.
S: Dry, fruity hop nose. Apricot, tangerine, yeast, grain.
T: Plenty of hop bitterness, a bit of grapefruit notes. Mild yeasty esters, with notes of banana, cloves, a bit of spice. Bitterness and grainy malt in the finish.
M: Medium-bodied, light carbonation.
O: Pretty boring, and it seems like they used more of a hefeweizen yeast rather than anything Belgian from the ester profile.
