This is one of those typical good pale ales. You get the appearance lending itself to a more substantial malt base than your average mass produced lager, instead of yellow, this one mixes it up with darker gold and amber colors. Head of white in the 2/3" realm.

Standard c hops all around, good use of dry hopping with the non proprietary blends, even if primarily used for bittering, they're still neat when used aromatically. Just enough crystal malt to amp its appearance but without becoming sticky and overwhelming the hops and bitterness.

Straightforward, every brewery should have a serviceable pale ale. They keep the lights on and sometimes you want something with some substance but yet simple.

This came recommended as the best from the bartender. Since I'm a fan of pale ales and the 'when in Rome' saying, I said gimme a pint. Poured that color of liquid gold and amber, very much in the vein of SNPA. Nice fresh Cascade blast to the nose.

Hops stand out, because malt stays out of the way. This beer is good for its simplicity, just straight up cascade in your mouth, pale malts, clean finish. I'd guess its around 60 ibu, its bitter, but not a bitter bomb. Thought it was pretty tasty. They didn't reinvent the wheel, they just made it simpler. Two row, cascades. And its better than 75% of pale ales out there because of it. Crowd pleaser, and picky beer geek approved.
