This beer was part of Rock Bottom's Speciality Dark series, enjoyed on tap at the South Denver-Park Meadows location. Comes in a pint and appears very dark with a solid 3/4-1" of white foam across the top. The smell is that of coconut and roasted malts. Had to let this one sit a bit to warm up before taking a sip. As the beer warms, the coconut really shines through in the flavor, among the coffee/chocolate flavors in the taste. Mouthfeel was just a touch thin but overall I thought it was an impressive beer for a chain brewery. I'd definitely drink it again.
