Look: Dark brown, bordering black. Off white creamy head forms, and has decent staying power. Leaves plenty of lace on the glass.

Smell: Dark, roasted, even smokey malt flavor.

Taste: Nutty, roasted malts with a hint of chocolate. A bit of vanilla. Nutty flavor comes through nice. Not over powering or overly sweet, this has good depth and balance. Has similar flavor to a strong hazelnut coffee.

Feel: Full bodied, smooth, well carbonated. Drinks very smooth and finishing a pint took little effort.

Overall: This is a good dark beer. Every ingredient worked, and for a smoked oatmeal stout brewed with walnuts, it's pretty accessible. I'd enjoy having this again.

Nice beer. Robust and nice and mildly nutty. Very consistent flavor that seems to carry a good bit of chocolate with it as well. Very smooth feel. Extremely drinkable. This is a very nice beer. I definitely suggest trying this if you have the chance.

Pretty much black. Looks hazy. Definitely opaque. No head, though.

Malty with a medium roast. Light smokiness. I can pick up nuances of the black walnut amidst wafts of chocolate-covered raisin and gooey toffee.

Tastes like a roasty and nutty oatmeal stout. Has some of that walnut flavor carrying over. A little bit of dark fruit, a little bit of earthy hop. A small pinch of smokiness reveals itself in the finish, but there's hardly any at all. Tastes good. Smelled better, but tastes good.

A little weak in the body. Barely medium. Carbonation is subdued, too. Alcohol sneaks in because of the lack of substance.

Another PCBW collab brew. Not bad. Was hoping it would knock me back.
