Dark brown with a persistent and creamy sheet of foam. Smells of nuts, graham cracker, some coffee grounds and a little bit of soil. Taste is clean, a touch of dark fruits and bread (dark rye) along some toasted hazelnut and a little bit of cream on the finish. Medium bodied and low carb with an off dry finish. Nice beer. Easy drinking.
