I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the Seattle location.

Appearance: clear golden hue with two fingers of frothy white foam. Quite attractive indeed!

Smell: green, leafy, grassy hops with an aroma of springtime. The mosaic are used with a deft hand here. Good stuff.

Taste: sweet malt with those nicely grassy hops and a crisp, delightful bitterness. I think it works very well.

Mouthfeel: medium body with a big carbonation and a surprising creaminess for the style. I really like it.

Overall: mosaic turn out to be a great hop for a pilsner. Lots of spring character with a crisp bitterness: tasty and drinkable!
