On tap at the Atlanta brewpub. OG: 12.5 | IBU = 45. "Unfiltered with a smooth malt finish and pronounced hop flavor from large doses of Cascade and Crystal" hops.
Look: Slightly hazy amber body with an off-white head that has very good retention and leaves excellent lacing.
Aroma: average hoppiness for style
Flavor: markedly sweet up front, but then increasing bitterness kicks in leaving an overall moderate bitterness. This makes for a nice flavor dynamic.
Mouthfeel: light-medium body and medium carbonation. Alcohol more obvious than it should be.
Overall: interesting, solid APA.
