On tap at Brew At The Zoo held at the Los Angles Zoo in Los Angeles, CA.
Pours a murky dark orange with a foamy bone head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Tiny dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, caramel, toffee, spice, and banana aromas. Taste is much the same with banana, spice, and slight caramel flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with a solid banana and spice presence all around.

seasonal on tap @ the galleria
the beer pours a dark reddish brown with a thin off-white head. the nose is an intense banana with a touch of chocolate. with the yeast and malt sweetness... this beer does indeed taste like a banana split merc...mouthfeel is medium, very yeasty, and a residual sweetness. This beer is pretty drinkable and relatively true to style. I would not confuse this with an avenitus, but it's still pretty tasty.

I had this beer at the Bolingbrook GB on 2/10/2009.
A= This ale poured a murky cola-brown color with a 1" light tan head. The head eventually dropped to a skim and left little lace on the glass.
S= I found a lot of the expected banana and clove aromas, but also some malt sweetness. Not much alcohol present.
T= Taste was made up of wheat malt sweetness, and estery twang, banana, clove, and maybe just a hint of spice. No hops detectable. Short sweet finish.
MF= Medium bodied with a slightly oily tongue feel and moderate carbonation.
D= This is a decent beer, but in my opinion not as well made as GB's regular hefeweizen. I liked it though, and could easily session a few if I was in the mood.

On draught at the Columbus brewpub. Pours a ruddy dark amber color with a medium off-white head that lasts pretty well. Aroma of wheat, malt and banana. Medium, soft body with a sweet fruit character. Malt and caramel flavor at the forefront with some banana and wheat behind it. The finish is clean and round with mild fruit and a wheaty finish. Not too bad.
