Poured into a pint glass
Appearance: high carbonation, 1/2 inch head, red/amber in color, hazy
Smell: toasted caramel malt
Taste: toasted malt, caramel, small hops, and sugar.
Mouthfeel: sweet with a slightly bitter backbone and a sweeter ending, high carbonation, medium body
Overall: Of the micro-brew bocks I had on tap in New Orleans this was the best. A nice and sweet bock that is well balanced. I could have a couple of these. A solid beer.
