Badger Wheat poured a hazy bright yellow color, with a nice white head. There was a nice mellow wheat aroma, with strong hints of banana. The taste had a strong beligan yeast taste, with hints of rotten bananas, and a sweetness that just doesn't mix well. Found the taste offensive and wouldn't want one. Overall there was some promise but it just dosen't taste well, and is not enjoyable.

This beer was terrible and not a Hefeweizen at all.

A: Straw colored beer with yeast at all. The beer was completely clear. Apparently the German "Brewmaster" forgot what "Hefe" means.

S/T: The smell was not inviting at all. Smelled and tasted like an adjunct and chemicals. The beer was dominated by a sour and bitter taste that did not come from the hops. Mild fruit tones and some mediocre malt.

M/D: Finishing this was next to impossible... at least it was not a drain pour. There was some body- but nothing like a Hefeweizen should have. Would never have this again.

A- Cloudy straw yellow body with a thin white head that quickly dissipates. Would like to see a thick creamy head.

S- Banana, Clove, a bit of yeast and the tiniest (TINIEST) hint of sulfur. Overall, quite good.

T- Banana, clove, a bit of lemon, tiniest hint of orange. Great clean finish with same banana clove feel.

M- Low carbonation which is slightly spritzy, great finish.

D- Fantastically drinkable!

A-Hazy yellow....

S-Nice cloves...some banana....mild lemons....very slight rotten eggs notes...

T-lemons, rotten eggs..very tart...no bananas or vanilla...lacking in enjoyable taste qualities would be a good way to put it.

M-Lighter bodied..very tart...lemony...

D-No what I expect in a hefe...clearly the most disappointing beer of the lot in my opinion although I shared the growler of this with Bighugey and he enjoyed it a little more than I...needs work..I want more banana...
