I am happy to have discovered this brewer and pushed his beers back in a day. He was doing tasty saison creations, and continues to though has slipped into the scenery now somewhat.

A few thing you need to know about this place before you come. 1) It's cash only, 2) no food is served and 3) call ahead to find out what beers are available to go.
This place is in a picturesque little town that is a little ways from Autoroute 40 and a good 20-30 minutes from Montreal. The place itself is a little weird inside. It's got a rather high ceiling and it's a bit small and made on it's length (think rectangle) An old dining set, a couch and some paintings round out the decor. You can bring your own food i believe (they have a microwave).
I didn't have time to grab a beer as i was pressed for time and was alone with my daughter. Grabbed a couple of beers to go but the selection was quite sparse, a few saisons, a wit and a porter. Their selection on tap and for bottles on site was quite extensive and varied. He prioritizes on site consumption and taps at beer bars and what he has left over he sells to go.
It was a pain to get here and i was really disappointed that he didn't have more available to go but so it goes. The hours are weird also. Thurs, Fri. and Sat. only from 4-10PM. I'd come again maybe to try the beer if i pass by but i wouldn't make a detour as i can get his beer on tap in Montreal.
