Pours a hazy blend of copper/red and garnet. Aroma is tart, dense sticky-fruit, scotch, malty, and robust. Taste is dark malts, raisin and fig, grains, with a clean finish overall. Sticky fruits and scotch flavours are present, but not overbearing, well balanced and very drinkable.
Very interesting brewing a ~6% IPA and the ice-ing it to 12%.
