Tap at the brewery when I was in Israel a few months back, reviewed from notes.

Light frothy slight creamy head, light lacing, dark maroon brown color.

Nose earthy fruity hops, little flowery floral, bit herbal English hop like, light sweet reddish malts, light grainy.

Taste starts with candy reddish malts, little toffee, chewy. Then earthy herbal hops, mostly English style, little nutty and creamy. Med bitterness. Semi sweet syrupy finish.

Mouth is med bod, decent carb, slight sticky.

I've had this on-tap in Tel Aviv and in bottles wherever I could find it in Israel.
First off- this is not a West Coast style IPA, and perhaps should be considered a Middle-Eastern style IPA, even if it might be the only entry in the category. This beer pairs well with Middle-Eastern food, having aromas and flavors on the fruitier side of hops with a nice, malty backbone. It's quite pleasant and drinkable, with a mild, honey-like sweetness you might associate with dried fruit (such as dates).
Certainly harder to find that the ubiquitous In-Bev products; whenever I was able to locate a bottle I was ready to do the Dancing Camel dance.

Presentation- Brown 330 ml glass bottle with freshness date on rear label.

A- Pours a dark, cloudy, copper like color, with a thin off-white head which disappears quickly.

S- Malty, hops, fruit, yeast, nutty, honey

T- hops, nutty, fruity, sweetness with bitter finish. Slightly metallic.

M- soft and creamy, with medium carbonation.

D- A decent IPA but I prefer DC's Stout and American Pale Ale to this offering.

Bottle: Poured a deep copper color ale with a medium foamy head with good retention. Aroma consists of sweet malt with light piney notes also noticeable. Taste is also dominated by some sweet malt with some light piney hops at the end. I honestly would have thought this to be some kind of barleywine if it had been a blind tasting with the amount of sweet malt and the light hops presence. Body is about average with good carbonation and no signs of the alcohol were noticeable.

Thanks DSG for this bitter beer. Pours a golden yellow, little head. Aroma is more or less neutral to beery. Carbonation was closer to casky, the travel and a tad cellaring may have made an impact. Average mouthfeel, overall average beer with above-median bitterness from lots of hops. A few lace dots.

Was surprised to see that some americans started a microbrewery in Israel. Their beers are pretty good. This was the first one I tried and was pleasantly surprised. It had both a good hop and malt character. It has a deep gold color like a sunset over Jerusalem. Date honey gives it a nice balance. Dry-hopped with American Cascade hops this beer has an incredibly complex aroma of grapefruit, raisins, nuts and honey-toasted malt. If you are ever in Israel definately give their beers a try.
