Dropped into the FAD bar in Adelaide.
A trendy little joint, with a Kate Bush lookalike singing some fine tunes...
There were two crafties on tap....this and its stable-mate Humpback Pale Ale.
The Pilsener is a beauty....
Pours a light gold, with a good head and lace. Lifted nose of herbal hops and sweet malt.
Flavour aligns with aroma, and the balance is excellent. Nice bitterness finishes the beer off crisply.
If in Adelaide, worth the visit.
