A see through golden yellow, the head impressive in size, creamy in consistency and a bright white color with the lace a fine sheet upon the glass. Nose is dominated by the malt, crisp and clean, a decent sniffer with a slightly sweet front that has a decent malt profile, top a bit skinny for my liking. Finish is pesky in its acidity, the hops to mellow for this fellow, aftertaste dry, decent but only average in my humble opinion.

Medium gold color, small white foamy head. A lighter bodied Kolsch. Fairly mild, malty and slightly hoppy. Light and refreshing taste, good mild flavor. Mouthfeel is smooth and full. Finish is clean. Aftertaste is slightly malty with a touch of sweetness.

Presentation: 12 oz brown bottle with a blurb about the beer on the back label ... the "enjoy with the first four months of date" is cleary notched.
Appearance: Yellow golden in clour with a light chill haze ... whispy white lace lays on top.
Smell: Sweet grain with hints of husk, a little cloying.
Taste: Very smooth mouth feel with a medium body, moderate carbonation. Lots of sweet grain similar taste like unfermented beer, hop bitterness has a hard time balancing the malt flavours. More grain in the finish with husk like overtones and more residual sweetness.
Notes: A bit off balance with a good amount of husk like flavours ... add a touch more hops to help balance the overkilled sweetness and try to cut the huskiness a little and this would end up to be a good brew.
