Pours an effervecent ruby-tineged brown with a pinky of tan head. Sub-par head retention & lacing
S: Smokeyness, slight sourness & a little cakeyness
T: Brown sugar, some smokeyness a touch of barrel booze, dryness & cakeyness with a little fig & dryness up front. A little bit of leafy hop, smokeyness & brown sugar as this warms, along with dryness, a little maple & vanilla as well. Finishes dry with lovey cakeyness & smokeyness/peatyness, plus dryness
MF: Chewy with light carbonation. body thins as it warms
Well worth picking up, will probably age nicely, good right now
