Pours brown/ruby red with 3 fingers of tan head. Average head retention & lacing
S: Rich caramel & slight smokeyness & touch of coffee at the end
T: Rich caramel, a touch of smokeyness, some pecan & a whisper of grainyness up front. Dryness & more caramel & some cocoa as this warms. Finishes dry with caramel & a bit of coffee, .5 deduction for that
MF: Rich & chewy with medium body & low carbonation
Easy drinking scotch ale that really impressed me & the little woman
