L:. Pours a dark orange/red color with a small white head and no lacing on the glass.
S:. Notes of salt and a sweet and tart fruit (I assume that's the sumac, I've never had that fruit before), smells quite tart, a note of grain. Smells a little one dimensional.
T:. Notes of salt, tart fruit (once again, assume this is sumac), a touch of sweetness. A little one dimensional but if you like tart you will like this.
F:. Lower carbonation and a lighter body.
O:. This one is tart and sour, and pretty solid.
