On draught at the brewpub, served in a shaker. Hazy gold with white skim and light lace.
Smell is herbal hops, fresh cut grass.
Taste is also herbal, with a clean bready malt base. Simple, but the fresh cascades shine, in spite of being on the old side.
Mouthfeel is light, slippery.
Drinkability is ok, a fine pae ale, clean...but fresh hop beers should really be consumed within their first few works of birth. I felt compelled to try this just because they were still selling it 3 months later, and it's holding up, but really should be served fresh.
