This light beer has a delicate malt sweetness with a dry crisp finish. The yeast & hops lend a slightly fruity character with no bitterness.

Look: Straw yellow and nearly clear with a silky white head that erupts to the rim and slowly settles, leaving great lacing behind
Aroma: Straw, pilsner malt, floral hop notes, freshly baked bread, and light honey
Taste: Kicks off with a grassy and straw combo that lingers as pilsner malt slowly builds up strength. As the pilsner malt comes on fully, nice floral hops jump in bringing notes of jasmine, mimosa, and butterfly bush before grass and straw return on the close
Mouthfeel: Light but full, clean, medium-high carbonation, and clean and crisp on the finish
Overall: I dig it. I didn’t think these folks had ever made or packaged a Kolsch so had to jump in and score some as it’s a sucker style for me in warm weather and it didn’t let me down. Well-made, delicious, refreshing, and checks all the style boxes – what else can I say – it’s simple, straightforward, and tasty. Try it
